Reflective Journal #SixthWeek

Hello! Thank you for reading my blog, the blog of today is supposed to be the last blog I post before Mid-term Test. Finally, I have no more task or assigment before test. I wish everybody who attend tommorow test will get the best scores.

The theme of this week is 'Health', as you can read, every post in this week talk about what goods for human body. I actually got those articles from internet, whether those trustworthy or not, I don't even know myself. But I wish all of this week blog, and all of my posts I have uploaded, will be useful for everyone who read them.

In the past six weeks, I have written six different topics, from 'Why', 'World Issue', 'Japanese Culture', 'Humam Conflict',
'Indonesia', and the last is 'Health'. Before, in Reflective Journal #FirstWeek, I said that I liked my post 'Why There are so Many Languages' the best. Right now, my favorite article is 'Different Places, Different  Languages, Different Accents' because from that article I know even more that languages in Indonesia are so rich. But, to learn all of them is quite difficult, or it's too hard to study those languages. But, still, I wish I can learn about them a little.

From my 34 articles I've posted, only the last two weeks I've applied my lecturer's lesson in Writing A. Making a topic sentences, supporting sentences, and a concluding sentence in a paragraph are the steps to make a good paragraph. Before, I didn't use those steps because I don't know how to use them in formal articles like news. A few of my articles use those steps because they talk about facts, and I can describe the fact, so I can use them.

Overall, I think my assigment blog is quite good. I wish my blog and all my friends' blog get the highest score, according to what we have done.

Too Much Sweet, Too Many Problems

Sweet things are not always as great as their taste. Eating too much sugar can bring unnecessary problems. Just like a drug, eating sweet stuffs like candy, ice cream or sweetened coffee will make the desire to eat more and more sweet built up. The sugary food that enters the body will cause the blood sugar level increase. As a result, without sugar, body and brain will search more sugary food and intake of protein and fiber will be lesser. This will also disturb the daily mood. The happiness feeling from eating sweet things will always change the mood drastically to the better one. But, if the sweetness not fulfilled, the mood will get worse. Eating sweet food too often can produce tartar on teeth. For human skin, sweetness will grow pimples and make the skin oily. Stop eating too much sweet, is not as sweet as you think.

Between Sports and Human Body

Sports are really important for human body. If someone doesn't do sports frequently, his/her body will be unwell in doing daily activities, work productivity will be decreased too. Good body endurance obtained from doing sports. Not doing sports routinely only makes body endurance get worsen. Get tired easily and feel powerless are the characteristics of it. Another bad effect from not doing sports is uncontrollable weight and appetite. Dietary habit will be badly affected if shortage of exercises. Overweight or underweight is one of problems from lacking of sports. Insomnia and many sleep disorders will be unusual problems. Passion in doing activities will gradually reduce. Everything will deteriorate if someone not doing exercises.

Sleep Well, Live Well

Having problem in your sleeping time? Here are some solutions that can help you to get enough sleep. First, try to drink milk taken from cows at night. A higher level of trytophan should make you drift into dreamland. Eating food that contains melatonin like almond, sunflower seeds, cherries and flax seeds is another easy way to encourage drowsiness before bed.Working out, of course not before you sleep, will set yourself up for a good. Not need to be training for a marathon to get better rest, just brisk walking or resistance training is enough. Put your phone down is also a way to get more sleep. The blue light from the screen can make your eyes stay awake, it suppress the production of melatonin. Even if you use the bluelight filter, the phone contents always more interesting than dreams in your sleep, it will make you lost interest to sleep right away. Last, stop smoking before you sleep. The cigarette smokers experience feelings of withdrawal when they are trying to sleep at night. As a result, those  tips above can solve your sleeping problem.

Garlic, a seasoning which usually use by cooker, has contained so much nutrition. Garlic contains a big amount of allicin, an organic compound, which usually used to be the ingredient of making medicines. The allyl sluphide of garlic can hamper PhIP (substance that can cause breast cancer) and can prevent any other dangerous cancers. Garlic can fulfill human's nutrition of vitamin C, calcium, iron, carbohydrate, and viber with 136 g each day. The most popular goodness of garlic is that garlic is rich with the antioxidant and very needed by human bodies. The antioxidant of garlic also support human bodies's protection mechanisms against oxidative damages. Fortunately, garlic contains no harm at all, like unsaturated fat or calorie. Overall, garlic is really good seasoning because of the nutrition.
