Having problem in your sleeping time? Here are some solutions that can help you to get enough sleep. First, try to drink milk taken from cows at night. A higher level of trytophan should make you drift into dreamland. Eating food that contains melatonin like almond, sunflower seeds, cherries and flax seeds is another easy way to encourage drowsiness before bed.Working out, of course not before you sleep, will set yourself up for a good. Not need to be training for a marathon to get better rest, just brisk walking or resistance training is enough. Put your phone down is also a way to get more sleep. The blue light from the screen can make your eyes stay awake, it suppress the production of melatonin. Even if you use the bluelight filter, the phone contents always more interesting than dreams in your sleep, it will make you lost interest to sleep right away. Last, stop smoking before you sleep. The cigarette smokers experience feelings of withdrawal when they are trying to sleep at night. As a result, those  tips above can solve your sleeping problem.
