Tiger, known as the largest cat around the world, has been becoming the national animals in some countries. Bengal tiger is the national animal of both India and Bangladesh with populations 3,890 indiviuals in India and 440 numbers in Bangladesh. While in North Korea the national tiger is Siberian tiger. Siberian tiger that also called as Amur tiger is endangered species, so the pupulation can be found only in Amur area, Far East.

The Tallest Living Animal in the Land

Giraffe is the tallest living terrestrial animal in the world. Fully grown giraffes stand 4.3 - 5.7 m tall, with males taller than females. The tallest recorded male was 5.88 m and the tallest recorded female was 5.17 m tall. Despite its long neck and legs, the giraffe's body is relatively short. Located at both sides of the head, the giraffe's large, bulging eyes give it good all-round vision from its great height. The front and back legs of a giraffe are about the same length. The foot of the giraffe reaches a diametre of 30 cm, and the hoof is 15 cm high in males and 10 cm in females.

Big Mamal, Elephant

Elephant is one of the largest animals in the world. Between Asian elephant and African elephant, the African is the bigger one. Male African elephants are the the largest extant terrestrial animals. It can reach a height of 4 m and weigh 7,000 kg. Its tusks that is used for digging for roots, stripping the bark from trees for food, fighting each other during mating season, and defending itself againt predators weight from 23-45 kg and can be from 1.5-2.4 m long. Both make and female African elephants have tusks, unlike Asian elephants.

Husky as a Pet

Many dogs can be cared or petted in your house. One of them is Siberian Husky, a working dog breed that originated in north-eastern Siberia, Russia. This race is not violent, even it can be good to stranger who is not the owner. Its friendliness makes husky can not be a guard dog, because it can be friendly to bad people too. Other behavior about husky is it really like to run because it is known as towing sled for Chukchi people in Northeast Asia. Husky likes chasing small animals like rabit, cat, chicken and bird, so be careful if you have another pets beside husky. In short, these are some information about husky as a pet.

The giant panda also known as panda is a bear native to south central China. It is easily recognized by the large, distinctive black patches around its eyes, over the hears and across its around body. Though panda belongs to the order Carnivora, its diet is over 99% bamboo. In the wild, it will occasionally eat other grasses, wild tubers, or even meat un the form of birds, rodents or carrion. The giant panda lives in a few montain ranges in central China, mainly in Sichuan province, but also in neighboring Shaanxi and Gansu. Due to a result of farming, deforestation, and other development, the giant panda has been driven out of the lowland areas where it once lived.
