They are really depending on technology too much, but everybody who develops made those goods for helping them.

Hello everyone! Last week, I didn't write my reflective journal because there was an event from collage that made me couldn't touch my phone even for second. And the event was three-day event so for three days I didn't play with my phone. So, I will just write the reflective journal of the last week in this week.

Last week I was talking about animals, mammal ones. Actually I was so lazy last week, no I think this week too, so I didn't get any idea to write. I looked at my sister's doll, a big panda doll. I got my first topic on last week daily journal from it, lol. The next topic I wrote was about husky, my favorite dog. I really want to pet it, but because of my religion, I can't have it. Although I can just watch it from far away, even just from the internet, I'm still happy to write about husky in my blog.

The rising number of people who suffer from obesity increased makes many people try to change their lifestyle especially in what they consume every day. Hamburgers, spagetti, cola, cake, and high-calorie are always more delicious than boiled vegetable and sugar-free food for most people in the earth. Some poor countries even eat more junk food than healthy food. But, in this modern life, many people have relaized that just filling their stomach wouldn't enough anymore to survive in this kind of world. They need to protect their life in order to live longer with eating more fruit and vegetable. Trend to eat healthy has been increased. In America, red meat isn't the favorite meal anymore. They started to change their eating behavior and eat more fresh food like fish and fruit. Although the number of people who healthy food isn't rise quite high, but it keeps raising year by year.

Can live in long time is grace from God for people. But, in this modern life, people can also predict how long people will live in this world. In Indonesia, life expectancy has risen year to year. The rising age from 68.6 year-old in 2004 to 70.8 year-old in 2015 makes the number of retirement increase. The average number of life expectancy in Singapore is 83.1 year-old. As for Spain, the women's life expectancy is higher than the men's with the number 85.6 year-old for women and 79.6 year-old for men. Just like in Spain, the men's life expectancy is lower than the women's in Japan. The average number of the country that has many cultures is 83.7 year-old, 80.2 year-old for the man and 87.2 year-old for the women. Those all the prediction of the life expectancy in some countries.

Between Human and Phone

Many people spend more hours of the day using laptops and phones than they do asleep, even though these activities will be bad for their health. A survey has revealed, people spend an average of 8 hours 21 minutes sleeping a day - but spend an average of 8 hours 41 minutes on media devices. 81% of smartphone users have their phones switched on all the time, even in the bed. They also spend more time each morning checking emails and using the internet than eating breakfast or taking care of their appearance. This kind of lifestyle will have a direct effect on people's health. Lacking of sleep can lead to a weakened immune system and an increased risk of heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. Dr. Nerina Ramlakhan, a sleep and energy coach, advises turning off all techonological devices at least 60-90 minutes before going to sleep in order to give the mind time to wind down. Bedroom is one of the most important factors when it comes to getting a great night's sleep.

The Rise Number of Children's Obesity

Many children have been suffered by obesity. Formal national records have been kept since 1995, and these now show that 19% of 10-11 years old children are obese. Even among younger children, the rates of obesity are shocking, with one in ten reception-age children classed as obese. If overweight children are also included, the figures show that around 1 in 3 children is overweight. In the 1980s, the number of obese children was only 2%, but within a decade these figures had almost doubled. The food and drink (cheap, energy-dense, and nutrient-poor foods and drink), reduced activity and living in 'obesogenic' environment are the factors to make the obesity epidemic long last until today. Then, how to stop children from obesity? The answer is quite simple. Even with small changes can slow down the rate of weight gain. Not only losing weight, but also will help children to achieve a healthy weight for height. The first is eating healthy meals and doing fun physical activities. Encouraging 60 minutes of physical activity a day is good too, but it's not necessary to do it all at one. Also, healty meals and child-sized portions will be a great combination, so the children wouldn't eat too much food. If the children follow these steps, they could reduce the possibility of being obesity children.
