Why English is Important in Work
The more people need jobs, the more difficult to find
employment. Many top companies make an interview harder, so they only hire
decent workers. Fluent in English is one of the condition if the interviewees
want to pass the interview. Almost 55% of companies in Indonesia require the
employee to use English actively. It will be easier to follow the communication’s
rhythm with clients who speak do not Indonesian. And also in order to keep the reputation
of company, in investors, clients or the public’s eyes. That’s why English is undoubtedly
important.
