Garlic, a seasoning which usually use by cooker, has contained so much nutrition. Garlic contains a big amount of allicin, an organic compound, which usually used to be the ingredient of making medicines. The allyl sluphide of garlic can hamper PhIP (substance that can cause breast cancer) and can prevent any other dangerous cancers. Garlic can fulfill human's nutrition of vitamin C, calcium, iron, carbohydrate, and viber with 136 g each day. The most popular goodness of garlic is that garlic is rich with the antioxidant and very needed by human bodies. The antioxidant of garlic also support human bodies's protection mechanisms against oxidative damages. Fortunately, garlic contains no harm at all, like unsaturated fat or calorie. Overall, garlic is really good seasoning because of the nutrition.
