Sports are really important for human body. If someone doesn't do sports frequently, his/her body will be unwell in doing daily activities, work productivity will be decreased too. Good body endurance obtained from doing sports. Not doing sports routinely only makes body endurance get worsen. Get tired easily and feel powerless are the characteristics of it. Another bad effect from not doing sports is uncontrollable weight and appetite. Dietary habit will be badly affected if shortage of exercises. Overweight or underweight is one of problems from lacking of sports. Insomnia and many sleep disorders will be unusual problems. Passion in doing activities will gradually reduce. Everything will deteriorate if someone not doing exercises.
