Sweet things are not always as great as their taste. Eating too much sugar can bring unnecessary problems. Just like a drug, eating sweet stuffs like candy, ice cream or sweetened coffee will make the desire to eat more and more sweet built up. The sugary food that enters the body will cause the blood sugar level increase. As a result, without sugar, body and brain will search more sugary food and intake of protein and fiber will be lesser. This will also disturb the daily mood. The happiness feeling from eating sweet things will always change the mood drastically to the better one. But, if the sweetness not fulfilled, the mood will get worse. Eating sweet food too often can produce tartar on teeth. For human skin, sweetness will grow pimples and make the skin oily. Stop eating too much sweet, is not as sweet as you think.
